Returns & Exchanges
✅ Accepted Within 14 Days of delivery for unused, unlit candles in original packaging.
❌ Final Sale Items (e.g., personalized/custom candles) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Refunds
🔹 Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
🔹 Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
